Shipping
For online orders, shipping rates & delivery dates will be estimated based on the items & shipping options you choose. Our goal & intent is to process online orders within 2 business days of purchase. Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. Please note that we have no control over unanticipated USPS & UPS delays.
Returns
We always want you to be happy with your order! In most cases, merchandise that is in new/unworn/unused/unopened condition can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, within 14 days of purchase or delivery, if the items were shipped.
For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs & The Little Hen shall not be responsible for items lost in transit, on the way back to our store. The only exception to this is if the customer receives an incorrect item as a result of our error- in this case, we will gladly send a return label for you to ship the order back to us.
Please note that, if we receive returned items that are not in their original “new” condition or if the return is received outside of the 14-day return window, we will be unable to provide a store credit refund.
All promotional or sale merchandise (any discounted merchandise), seasonal/holiday-specific items, personalized or special ordered items are not eligible for returns.
Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your return, once we have received it.
In the event that you purchase an out-of-stock item from our online store, The Little Hen reserves the right to issue a full refund to the original method of payment, instead of the ordered item(s).
